ITEM SHIPPING:
Item shipping will be done by our courier service providers on weekdays
between 8am and 4:30pm. Items will only be shipped once payment is
reflected and cleared in our account.

Delivery timelines:
Regional areas: Gauteng - 4 to 5 working days from cleared payment dates.
Outlying area: Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KZN, Limpopo,
Mpumalanga, North West, Free State Rate - 5 to 7 working days from cleared
payment dates.

We reserve the right to quote on delivery to outer lying areas and you will
receive an email in this regard.
All orders shipped Monday to Thursday . No shipping over weekends.

MELTED PRODUCTS:
Due to the hot weather experienced in South Africa we are unable to take
responsibility once products leave our premises. Chocolates and all other
products that are subject to melting are bought at the customers discretion. All
melted product issues to be taken up with the relevant courier. Mayroon’s
cannot be held liable for melted products.
